Click "Window" and then "Tools" in the top menu bar.

@rockinangel98 U have a toilet mouth. I think he is very good, I have CS5 and Photoshop Elements 8 and I am subscriber to Lynda.com, but doesn't matter the version, the important are know the toolbar, the menu bar and navigate and find the right tool. You should be grateful that you have for free.
