Ok here is a forearm technique, I picked up by my old gymnastic coach. It will help not only increase strength in your forearms but also triceps and shoulders. I constructed one myself, its basically a milk bottle with a bit of water, that hangs off a string connected to a pole (mine is the cardboard tube of a foil roll). Roll the pole and pull the milk bottle up, once it gets to the top, reverse the direction, DO NOT LET IT SLIDE. Keep rolling till the milk bottle gets to the bottom and top again. Reverse the direction till it goes to the bottom and that is one rep. To increase strength, enough water should be added so that only 2 or 3 reps can be achieved. Any questions? Ask away...
