I do Zerchers the same way... But with this weight 10 times XD Squats and Deadlifts are great basics, combine them with Chinups and Dips and you'll get huge in no time;)

@htothejay regular full barbell squats & deadlifts are a staple to any strength training program. there are NO exercises that are as effective as squats & deadlifts and therefore should never be replaced, even with zercher squats. zercher squats are not meant to replace squats/deads; they're meant to supplement. cuz of the lower center of gravity and the way the weight is held, zercher squats hit the quads and posterior chain a bit differently than ordinary squats & deadlifts. try them.

Bullshit. A Full Zercher excercise is lift from the ground. A Zercher Squat is from the rack. Big difference. And seeing how the videoposter says Zercher Squat and not A full Zercher it would've been equally qualified to be done from a rack.
