Rainbow's Stargazer covered by Dream Theater in their Black Clouds and Silver Linings album.
I couldn't find this on Youtube, so I thought I'd put it up

  • Doesnt have the magic of the original. RIP Dio

  • @ThorXMK Sorry, but no. James LaBrie is a seasoned vocalist with huge respect and cred in the music scene. Just because you don't like him, it doesn't mean he's crap.

"This guy needs his vocal chords removed so he will stop inflicting this shit on us."

No, you need to quit being a whiny child. Nobody's 'INFLICTING' shit on you. It's music. Listen to it or don't. If you dislike the vocals, GO LISTEN TO SOMETHING ELSE.

  • This is the only Dio cover up to date that I'm okay with.

  • thumbs up if you imagine that its YOU singing while listening to this song!

  • does me being fucking bored mean this is good? seriously, these vocals are empty.

  • @triAceFanboy now come up with something original that will actually do something to me

this unoriginal crap just gets boring

  • @thijsbults So I found an account of one of the members with the poorest musical tastes on YouTube. It must be James' YouTube account!

  • @triAceFanboy since I am dutch and James is an American

    very unlikely

but you have found the account of one of Dream Theaters biggest fans

  • @thijsbults I found James Labries YouTube account!

  • @triAceFanboy sir, may I point out the fact that you are a total faggot and nobody will like you ever if you continue 'trolling' like this

I pitty you because you can't feel the magic of mr. Labries beautiful voice and the fact that you can't see how this version of the is a great alternative for the original.

  • James Labrie absolutely fucking ruins this. His voice is unbearable.

  • I wish people would lay off James, in this song he does a good job with the vocals! He can rub you the wrong way now and then but this is good. This cover is way better in the drum department and also in terms of production it's better than Dio. I wish they hadn't messed with King Crimson's Larks Tongues in Aspic on that CD, It sounds too heavy and just weird.
