The late great Jesse Taylor leads an all-star British Orchestra of Musicians at the Cricketers in London on the 30th April 1990 on Last Night. This was the first number of Jesse's first Solo gig in the UK, he'd been over many times before with Joe Ely, Butch Hancock and Jimmie Dale Gilmore.
That's Slim on the squeezebox. I miss Jesse, heaven's band got so much funkier now that he's in it.

I did the sound for Jesse at the original Stubb's BBQ in lubbock with his 3pc. with Steve Ketton(Joe Ely) and drew Pennington(Drew Blood, Triple Threat Review w/SRV, Thunderbirds) when they opened for Muddy Waters Band in the first gig without Muddy after he died. Pinetop Perkins was in the band then. It was one of many great memories I have of my beloved friend Jesse. There will never be another Jesse. Eric Clapton proclaimed Jesse to be the greatest living blues guitar player. He was a legend!

Very funky solo. I have the CD "Last Night" and it's totally superb. He was just as good as SRV.
