You don't need "talent" you just need to try very hard multiple times. Anyone can do it but I admit, it can be frustrating. However, the accomplishment of doing it is far worth the frustration. So try until it comes out well.

@pagani8 Sorry to say you are wrong. I know some people who have tried multiple times and haven't improved. Anyone can draw somethng simple, but not everyone can draw something this realistic.
