First Sinus Irrigation

I thought my first "nasal cleansing" would be much worse. It actually didn't hurt at all and I can already feel my head getting lighter...although Mandi says it's still getting bigger!

I cant get anything to go up the right side of my nose. Or out for that matter. Even at high force. I have never been able to breath or blow out the right side. There is times where some times I can get air to blow out but not very offten.

Actually, I bought the NeilMed Sinuflow kit. That works better than the bulb AND the Neti Pot! I don't use the premixed junk in the package though. I use 1/4 tsp each of NON-Iodized Salt and Baking Soda with 8oz. of Distilled Water. Works WONDERS!!!!!!

Actually, the neti pot is more effective than the bulb. You'll pour more water through your sinus cavity. You can find a neti pot at any health/vitamin store. There are also nasal irrigators that look like syringes. Effective as well.
