i made this yesterday... only i substituted cottage cheese for the ricotta... i like the taste of ricotta but i'm not a fan of the texture... weird i know... and i also added some fresh baby spinach and jalapenos... i put jalapenos in everything...

Making this right now! I used whole wheat flour and the yeast didn't look as foamy and its super sticky. But you weren't lying AT ALL when you said it doubled in size.
I watched this video and decided to make it! Figured I knew how to make it after watching so much, So I made the dough using the ingredient list below the vid, and only realized after that I forgot the egg!
I saw the space in between the dough and the filling and assumed the egg would be part of the filling part, not the dough part. That one space has misled me so... just a recommendation to separate the ingredients more appropriately. Hopefully it still turns out okay without it!!

@evilxsugar I'm sorry, it was suppose to be up one line. I've fixed it now, but realize that doesn't help your dough out much. =( Thanks for letting me know, I'll try to be more careful in the future. Silly thing is I read through it like 4 times before I posted it to make sure everything was right and still missed that.
