Recorded February 21, 2009.

We continue sailing down the Antarctic Peninsula on cruise day #9 of my 16-day cruise. In this video we sail down the Bransfield Strait and past the Arctowski Research Station on King George Island. We stop ship in Admiralty Bay at which time several Polish scientists sail out to our ship on their zodiac boats. Once on board Captain Edward Perrin welcomes them and one of the scientists tells us about his station. At the end of the video there is a beautiful rainbow across the Bransfield Strait as we sail away from the area.

  • Thanks for the rating. I just watched your video of the champagne waterfall. You had the same view I did. You must have been standing right next to me.

  • seems we were on the same cruise, your camera and film is much better than mine, I rated it 5
