This is Life Christian Cheerleaders at practice doing a stunt series. Just messing around with fun stunts and came up with this sequence. So yeah. The Flier in the middle is Paisley Peterson. The Flier on the left is Jade Clark. The Flier on the right is Ashley Mussig. And the stunt group int he middle is Amber as back base. Emily as left side base. lisa as right side base. lindsay as front spot.

  • As a base you need to make sure you are holding the fliers foot correctly. Your fingers need to be over the toe and your wrists should be as close together as they can be depending on the size of the foot. That will give you a good grip on the foot. Your coach should tell your flyer to not "toe". It is also helpful to tell your flyer to pull up their big toe. If they focus on pulling up their big toe then they will not point their toes. Also make sure they are squatting with their knees :)

  • Since we are a high school squad from washington state we do not have "levels" but our school size is classified 2B which means our enrollment level is from 93- 203 kids. So we are a very small school that competes with schools that have more then 1300 people.

  • they are our coaches children who are climbing way back there because they would throw balls that would get caught up there. and since those are electric bleaches its not like we could just pull them out. everyone was safe...no worries.

  • yeah i completely agree. we didnt exactly have the perfect hand placements but we just wanted to try out stuff.

  • not all that greatt. ? thats too easy for a highschool team to be doingg.. im in recreation & we r going to vegass for nationals in aprill. && we do our hitchess wayy better.. try sometime coolerrr.

  • Why are they practicing without mats???

  • twist out of the heel stretch and let go of the hand of the flyer that holds the leg and put your hand on your hip:)

  • Cradling is useless if you are twisting out.. Sponging/Pop downs are better... So no. If her bases actually catch her like they did in the video then she shouldn't injure herself...

  • It was really good i think why the middle flyer is shaky after coming up from the superman is because her arm was still connected to the flyer that was holding her foot. If she let go and the side flyer was only holding her foot and the sides turned out to the front it would be a lot prettier. Anyway it was good! :)

  • ahh that was pretty good... but a major warning things can go seriously wrong if ur laughing even at the end..... and u mit want to start cradling more dropping them like that can seriously injure their ankles

  • this is great =) my team is doing something a lot like this for our competition pyramid this year and its much harder than it looks lol my favorite part to do is the ball back
