According to the CDC anyone in close contact with a person who has a weak immunity should Not take the H1N1 because they could infect them . It contains Thimerosal , phenol , formaldehyde and Aluminum . Gross !

Not really. He's saying you can do nothing, (aside from the hygienic, nutritional, & fitness things you should always do anyway), & stop worrying: You probably won't get the flu, & if you do, it's been proven to be no big deal to those who maintain a healthy lifestyle. People don't die from the flu. They used to die from pneumonia & strep, but those are easily treatable now.
