Its funny, cuz I would never expect this man to a superior black belt. Amazing technique and I definitely picked up about 10 new techniques. THanks for the post.

Things that make you progress faster= Train. I know that sounds stupid, but so many people only go 1 day a week or less.
(another cliche') Leave the ego. Don't train to beat your teammates, train to practice what you've learned in a live situation.
Lastly, relax and try to enjoy yourself. You'll train more, more effectively and get injured less. Good luck.
