西蘭花炒帶子

食材:
花椰菜 1棵、鮮百合1個、鮮干貝6粒、蒜頭3顆、薑1小塊、蔥1根、紅蘿蔔1/3根、太白粉1大匙

調味料:
鹽1/3茶匙、糖1/3茶匙、XO醬1大匙、米酒1小碗

做法:
1.蔥切段;蒜頭逆紋切片;薑逆紋切片;花椰菜切半;紅蘿蔔切花片,備用。
2.鮮干貝去蒂頭切半,備用。
3.水鍋中加1大匙鹽和少許油汆燙花椰菜。
4.起鍋加少許油爆香紅蘿蔔片,加進蒜片、薑片和蔥段炒香,再放入鮮百合、花椰菜拌炒,加少許熱水放進鮮干貝、XO醬、糖、鹽和少許米酒一起煨煮熟成,以太白粉水勾薄芡,­起鍋前加少許香油提味即可。
