Kirstie being so young I wanted to show how well she is doing even though she has a long way to go with strength, reaction and general muscle development. I prefer younger athletes to start since they can achieve the foundation that will advance them so much faster when their muslces really start to develop. She's come a long way just in leg positioning, foot contact and hip flexor activation forward...her progression in just five months has been great and it's fun seeing every week how she learns and improves.
