PEOPLE THIS IS SO. Just be willing to do some research for yourself the evidence & data are there. Look up Boron & the body's uses/needs for it, look up foods like pineapple etc that you can get it in don't use pineapple products from Hawaii though chem trailed, sprayed with pesticides and irradiated to leave for main land, get it from central america or Mex instead. @generalzod4life No you can go to the health store and purchase it as a supplement it is crucial to human health & missing in most soils/foods now, Cal & Mag give muscles ability to contract & release if you get spasms, twitches can't sleep, heart palpitations MAG deficiency. Boron helps to assimilate both C&M. Boron comes from death valley deposits in CA for one.
