I used to hate this race and that asshole Jake. Took me atleast 20 times to beat him. I still have my original copy though. :D

They are NTSC-U voices, NTSC-J had voices, NTSC-U had voices and PAL had voices.

For Spike and Jimmy, I'd agree with you. The girl, sure. Specters voice is far inferior though.
