for the story mode trophies:
Vampire Saviour: B. B. Hood x3 (spam heavy kick)
Uncanny Hero: Cable x3 (spam heavy punch)
Avengers Assemble: War Machine x3 (spam uni beam)
World Warriors: Ryu x3 (spam hadouken)
Berserker Barrage: Pick Cable, Iron Man and BB Hood against Juggernaught, Wolverine and Zangief. as soon as team J/W/Z uses their team hyper combo, u use yours and get atleast 225 hits.
