"Tight Like That" was originally the 8th track from the self-titled album, released in 1995. This acoustic reworking is to be released as the 2nd track on the 10-Track Bonus Disc entitled "Basket of Eggs" that is to be included in the upcoming "Blast Tyrant" re-release from Weathermaker Music.

Weathermaker Music's Blast Tyrant reissue is currently looking at an April 26th, 2011 release date. It can be pre-ordered here:

  • There is a good live version of it at Bonnaroo. The audio is pretty good, but this sounds great. I'll have to get Basket of Eggs! Thanks for sharing this.

  • @Kalglin Anytime! Thanks for commenting. Great tune indeed.

  • @SymbioteIII I just got home to the reissue. I was really hoping to have it for my road trip, but shit happens. I love watching Clutch evolve.

  • @Kalglin Likewise! Unfortunately, I didn't pre-order it. Running tight on money and I probably won't be able to pick it up until someone gets it for me as a gift. Haha.

  • Clutch has been my #1 band for over 10 years. Just an unreal sound and live shows are sick. This version of this song blows my mind. Now I want them to release a complete acoustic disc.

  • wow i love this version!

  • i really wanna do a cover of this on the banjo... I'm probably gonna have to learn how to play the banjo first though..

  • The Original had already blown my mind. So this is 10X whatever that would be.

  • MAN LEE MOOZIK

  • This was frickin TIGHT!

  • state of awe.....

  • Just got chills!

  • @Kalglin lol i just saw "road trip"....i drove from Philly, to San Antonio, to Phoenix, NOTHING BUT CLUTCH the whole waY LOL. the most original band for many years.

  • About ten times better in acoustic. Just smooth and really badass.

  • @TheRedHedCEO2011 i think they do! ;)

  • Personally, I thought clutch were losing it. I wasn't a big fan of 'Beale Street' or 'Strange Cousins'. They just didn't have the balls that the earlier albums had..

    Then I heard this..

Just carry on doing stuff like this Clutch and the World will be a much happier place..
