iphone app cycling up whelshpool road olympic trial This was the Thursdaynear the end of a hard week back in the cycling saddle. Had done three trips up the hill. This was a recovery ride trying to stay under 145 heart beats per minute on my polar heart monitor. That is about 55 per cent of my max. The reciept give to me in teh book by Lance Armstong and Carmichael.
The clip of the video is the start of the hill climb at Welshpool Road that can be used to put forward a time in Western Australia to get assessed to go into the Olypmics. I keep trying but I think I will need a force 10 gail exaclty behind me and to loose 20kgs and wear a top like a sail before I get anywhere near the 7.15 mins that some git of a mountain goat has loaded up as his time. Anyway hope you enjoy.
