As stated previously, I couldn't find an independent reference on the web of an oil exec named Ken Fromm. (only references connected with Mr Williams) So I set out to find this man's "secret" source. Evidently, it isn't all that secret and is referenced several places on the web. Jim Lawler, of kasilof, AK, who, coincidentally is a gold prospector under the enterprise of Coastal Exploration, since 1985.
If this man is truly his secret source, then something here is "off".

@Horizons2011 I searched Ken Fromm myself and he was a pretty prominent businessman with lots of affiliations in high up places so maybe you need to do a bit more digging, I think I found the info on like the 5th or 8th page of google or something.
