Amazing, how Ghamdi is stating historical facts but Israr, though I respect him & his knowledge is trying one-one-upmanship instead of refuting Ghamdi with facts & logic. Ghamdi's points are based on the Holy Quraan & authentic Hadith. Islam needs more Ghamdi. Of course, it needs Isrars too. Good to watch a healthy discussion. Muslims need more such dialogues, especially of Taboo topics.

Ghamdi is himself an inkar e hadis he dont belv on sahi bukhari o muslim etc but while talking in a debate he would go to give the refrences frm the hadis books i cant undrstand tht, all of the answer tht ghamdi given was just irrelevant, where as dr israr described it much better

logic behind the Aayahs depend on the time and 'pass-e-manzar' of that... just read and aaply it every where in every situation.. thats not something logical...

Dr Ghamidi is taking the discussion towards more logical sense backed by Quranic texts.This climate of change is strongly coming into Muslim umma to save the religion from the hands of so called clergies and put an end to their absolute control over it.I believe that so long as islam plays in the hands of traditional contractors of faith, we will never see a true islamic state in the world. If i am wrong, please go back 1300 years and show me only one pure Islamic state. Islam needs to be saved

It really startling how Dr. Israr Ahmed is unable to support his argument from Quran, Sunnah and acts of Sahabas. It seems that Dr. Israr invoked his logic and whims more in the 5 points rather than referring to Quran and Sunnah. I respect him very much and in fact he is my Quran teacher as a beginner, but in this debate clearly Ghamidi had an upper hand. Ghamidi's scholarship is commendable. Dr. Israr looked frustrated at times.

Dr. israr Ahmed one of the best and perfect and excellent islamic teacher.There is nobody like this. I salute him, he is right 100% muslim. About Ghamdi he is not well known in islam, why he removed beared, and in his body language he is look like munnafiq.
