Aikido techniques TAKN: Sankyo henka waza from shomen uchi (variations)

This video shows sankyo variations (henka waza) from shomen uchi. The techniques are executed by Lewis Bernaldo de Quiros (rokudan), chief instructor of TAKN and Paul Keessen (sandan), instructor of TAKN.

This is an instructional video made by Takemusu Aikido Kyokai Nederland. TAKN chief instructor, Lewis Bernaldo de Quiros (rokudan) was a permanent soto deshi in Iwama under Morihiro Saito shihan from 1986 until 1993.
The purpose of this video is to support the training of TAKN students and their preparation for tests. It is not meant to replace instruction by a teacher. Since guidance by a senior instructor is vital to proper understanding of the techniques, we do not advise anyone to try and learn the techniques based on videos.
