I can hack Cleveland public libraries, by using a system they setup for their online access.

There is a cgi script that requires only an account number and no password. After giving this script any account number, it will log you in to that account without requiring a password. On top of it after logging on (if the account number is valid) in the address bar of the internet connect shows in plain text the account password.

So I could easily make a program that goes out to the internet and accesses this script. Giving it an account number, then upping the account number by one and trying again. In theory I could get every account number and password (it may take a week or a month of accessing the script and trying each numerical sequence, but I still could do it.)
