Charity Auction - Google 10 to the 100th

My entry for this contest to change the world involves setting up a new auction and sales web site. The biggest innovation will be that the auctions will be free. But there will be a "suggested" amount to donate to your favorite charity or non-profit agency. This donation will be fully tax-deductable.

Also, charities will be able to set up their own profiles on the site so that people can find them.

All forms will be automatically generated for reporting purposes both on the side of the donating party and on for the agency receiving the funding.

Other innovations will be included as well, such as a "Universal Feedback" system that can actually be used by anyone regardless of which sales site they use, community based policing for appropriate activities, both regional and global search options that are flexible and simple to use...and more.

This entire thing will be operated as a non-profit entity itself and will focus on charity rather than profit.
