A helmet is used to house your brain, A.K.A the most important organ in the body, but you guys are obviously too stupid to realize that. Considering the fact that you're all trying to be tough over the internet, I'd say you don't need a helmet, since your thick head and obviously already fucked up brain doesn't even need to be protected. Also, to all you aggressive skaters who are trying to be tough, post a video, let's see what you can do.

Inspiring. I grew up playing hockey and am just getting back into skating. I tried a bit of slalom over the last couple days, but wow, I don't think I could learn that much in a month. I am a very strong skater, it's like second nature, but those pivots are are a mindfck for me. I'm about to pick up a pair of Sebas and get serious! Cheers.

might sound stupid but ive been wanting to know but what does it mean to get ur skates rockered?
jmasterj11 1 year ago
@jmasterj11 This means that my wheels are forming a "rocker" shape like the bottom of a rocking chair. To accomplish this my front and back wheels are smaller then the middle two. My skates right now I believe are 76-80-80-76, which means that usually only two wheels from each skate are touching the ground. This makes it much easy to turn on a dime!

nice! You've been skating for a month?! Thats crazy you look like you've been doing it years. I just started myself and I want to learn some tricks. Any advice?

@Yesiilikedrumso0 This was a month after I had taken up slalom skating, I have been inline skating off and on for years now. If you're a pure inline novice I would first be sure that you feel safe enough skating around (turning, braking, staying upright) before trying any slalom stuff. KEEP YOU KNEES BENT! :) That being said it you're ready to plunge head first into slalom start by doing moving your feet out from your body and back in while moving, and slowly work to into crisscrossing.
