no, u are all wrong. This was made by Neil Blomkampf with assistance from Peter Jackson's WETA studio. Blomkampf was to direct the live action Halo movie, but the movie has been shelved, meaning its not going to be made. This video was meant to raise hype for Halo 3

U guys just partialy have it they gave up for somereason and donated the rest of the money to sector 8 thats y all the left over props are around like the warthog and armor guns ect. this dosent mean that it is over. POSSIBLY a coulple months after reach comes out there will be talk of it depending on how good the game is will decide wether its going to be done but cuz reach had the largest amount of players on the beta ever in the world the possibility grows ever second of the day

This is a video of what was shot from the Halo Live Action Movie, however, this is a shitty version, he obviously found it on youtube and just taped it with a camera. Its pathetic. However the film is legit as far as the actual movie, but it WAS supposed to be released in 2009. The director was unfortunately pulled off because the film "cost too much" and went on to make District 9. In less amount of time, for the same amount of money... So yeah... at least thats what I've heard.
