@paravioleta Well, it doesn't "cut out" the protest. I just didn't think to turn my little phone's video on until what ended up being the end of the speech. But yes, a few poignant shouts of protest.

This cuts out protest inside that calls for end of torture of Pvt Manning who leaked documents to Wikileaks. Manning is presently being tortured (one of many US detainees who continue to be tortured). Obama has approved it. The man of HOPE (whom I worked for) has now joined the ranks of war criminals.
