I found the original .bms on nicovideo.jp, though the video has since been taken down. The original audio that came with the .bms was shyte, so I've replaced it will an ost version I found.

The audio in the .bms is in sync with the notechart.

Yes, the audio in the VIDEO fades out of sync. Know that the audio in the .bms, as I have previously stated, is PERFECTLY IN SYNC WITH THE .bms.
