fantastic! I really like the green mountain - one of my faves. It is called the green mountain right? Maybe that one dude was confused because you didn't start with that tune and he didn't finish the vid. ANY WAY I favorited this vid and will listen to it fondly until I can I can play like that. If you go to terry mcgee's flute website you can hear a clip of the green mountain under his 8 key ruddal flute. What kind of flute are you using?? Did it take long to get as good as you are?

@ArcolaBridge Hey, sorry I didn't get back sooner! as you can tell by my lack of videos, I'm not on here very often... Yeah, I know the second as the green mountain, and it is one of my favorites as well. The flute is by Desi Seery (delrin resin). Thanks for the comments, wish I had something better quality for you to listen to!

I mostly learned Irish Flute from Shannon Heaton (Boston CCE). What would you call the second tune? I learned it out of the first Comhaltas session book as Green Mountain, and have never heard it called anything else... but then again, it is Irish music... haha. There are probably many different names for it.

well played!! I love cello accompaniment, it seems to give a real sense of "depth" to a tune

Thanks! Yeah, I love when my sister accompanies on the cello. I'll try and get one on here with her on tin whistle as well.
