  • @geebones We've heard rumours but nobody has confirmed anything so looks like you'll be waiting a while.

  • is freeview hd going to be in 1080p, 1080i or 720p

  • @djmoindahouse It will be a mix between 1080i for 'fast moving' content and 720p for regular programming

  • samsung expert using a sony usb stick

  • how do i get freeview hd???

  • @Scrabbler27 Our TV expert still had a CRT TV until this year. He didn't see the point in replacing it when the picture quality was still better than many of the top of the line flat screens.

  • @WhichWebsite I have still got my tv from 1997. I won't replace it unless it breaks down. Of course i had to buy a digital set up box to pick up digital tv. My dream set tv will be a OLED 3D with HD Freeview. I am going to wait a couple of years so the price will be reduced before buying one.

  • sound is always rubbish on samsung......im waiting for a 3d pioneer

  • The second SCART is very welcome for people like me that want to keep a lot of standard definition devices from the previous era still connected up like PS2s, VCRs (still no easier way to record than with good old videotape) and older region hacked DVD players.

  • @TomZentra I think you'll find JManMin is from the other side of the pond, where they say "I could care less". Illogical maybe, but that's the way they say it. Maybe you should read an American grammar manual! :) The British term "The exception proves the rule" is similarly nonsensical, until you realise (with an "s") it is the Scottish use of "prove", meaning "to test". As in "proven in battle". Usage becomes the primary authority in language "Dude"!

  • Yes i know the prices - not cheap as usual and get as much out of you as possible before launching another tv with better features lol

  • Just got 55c7000... Fabulous screen, good 3G.. Bought as a package with blue ray player... And I just can't stopped. Looking at it... Totally one of my best buy I made!!!!

  • I don't see no 3D DOOD.
