1964 ford f100 with 460 giving me some problems now, but new exhaust!

I just got done putting on the exhaust because the other day I finally got it running good. Now the thing runs like crap and its backfiring through the carb and exhaust like crazy. Any help would be appreciated greatly.

I'm pretty sure it has something to do with your ignition timing

Thanks for the help but it was the intake manifold gasket, huge vacuum leak. I will get another video up here with the truck running good soon.

hmm i don't like edelbrock carberators got one on my 400m never could get it tuned right i even had the mechanic look at it good thing my 429 has a holley on it much better carberators

make sure heads and intake manifold will work together...some cobra jet manifolds dont align up with intake ports well on regular heads.. may have to have cobra jet heads to match the cobra intake manifold...
