Family Affair intro from Season 5 (1970-71). Interestingly, some later episodes of this TV series featured the characters Buffy and Jody introducing the show, much the same way that Mr. French did for a few of the last shows. Fred MacMurray also said "Hi welcome to our show" at some of the My Three Sons openings, showing the link that Don Fedderson shows had in the production arena. NOTE: Fair use and educational purposes for Classic TV History are the reason for this posting, thank you.

  • Imagine being a 4-5 yr old little girl at the time this show was popular. I loved it. Complete with the circus, intro music with all the colors.... ha!

  • It was great being a a 6-7 year old boy at that time, too....and then came syndication to make sure we didn't forget. I remember the shock at age 14 of hearing that 18-year old Anissa (Buffy) died.....

  • @MsODESSAFILE there is a god, your you tube account was terminated! now you can keep your hateful, narrow-minded thoughts all to yourself!! your silence is golden!

  • Make that when the show went to color.

  • They had the same things on the opening for final two seasons of "My Three Sons" when Fred MacMurray, says, "Hi. Welcome to our show".

  • @MsODESSAFILE Who invented them.....Lyndon Johnson?

  • @jed6271 Yes it was a shock. There are a lot of child actors whos lives were anything but the role they portrayed.

  • THIS WAS BEFOR NIGGERS WHERE INVENTED

  • @shomeyshome It's too bad she had to live out the Exorcist in real life.

  • Anissa Jones was in the running for the part of Reagen in the Exorcist a part that eventually went to Linda Blair. I think Anissa would have played the part veruy well also because I read that she really wanted that part. Someone has to miss out !!!

  • kathy will be in pittsburgh in Novemeber!
