People complaining about this hotel need to go pay $600 a night at bellagio. The best thing about this hotel is the history and the fact that it isn't full of cry baby yuppes. El Cortez kicks ass.

What a dump! I stayed at their new Cabana Suites and felt unsafe. Couldn't sleep because of the cops, ambulances, derelicts yelling at each other. I got hit on by bums every time I'd leave my hotel room or go back. Food at the restaurant was sub-par at best. Most disgusting and horrible experience I've had in years. I'm heading back to the strip. You certainly do get what you pay for!

@NowLifeStarts amen to that bro! ive been to el cortez when i was in vegas and its one of the coolest casino off the strip! they have the best Keno odds!
