What level of threat was Saddam Hussein's regime postin to the U.S. compared to the level of threat the U.S. Government has been posing to Iraq after twelve years of embargo. bombing raids and now war?

Where have the billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars gone that were spent on both the 1991 Gulf War and the present war and who will win the contracts to rebuild Iraq?

What kind of oil reserves does Iraq have and how does this factor into the equation?

Why do the U.S. public and the rest of the world see such different media coverage of both wars to the point of drawing opposite conclusions as to motives and end results?

"Hidden Wars of Desert Storm" helps answer these questions by providing an easy-to-understand background on the relationship between Washington and Baghdad as well as on the origins, developement and aftermath of the 1991 Gulf War. Featuring such key-players as then Desert Storm Commander Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf. UNSCOM team-leader Scott Ritter and UN Iraq program director Denis Halliday, this documentary has been broadcast all over the world but has little if any exposure in the mainstream U.S. media.

  • @svengali0924 you are full of shit.you refused to admit West have imperialist ambitious over whole world

  • Very informative. Thank you very much.

  • @svengali0924 All of what is said is a part of documented history. There is nothing conspiratorial about the genocide of the American indian, slavery, the CIA's involvement with the Shaw of Iran, Ferdinand Marcos, Pinochete, Saddam Hussein and even Joseph Stalin, as well as US statesmen financing Hitler and later Osama bin Laden, or US imperialism in general. Some people cant handle the truth. It is what it is. This is public information & can easily and independently be accessed by anyone.

  • This documentary is total conspirist bullshit. So basically it's ALL the U.S. fault. I can't believe they even go as far to say that Iraq envaded Kuwait because we secretly gave them the "okay" to. But what's funny is how everyone on here sounds completely full of shit.

  • I have to watch this for my humanities class thank you!

  • However a few decades later, No oil from kuwait or iraq, prices out of control ... oil tech came from the usa. You are stupid if you think the usa is out to rob any country.. Your just stupid.. ...

  • My Environmental Science professor showed this documentary. Thank you for posting!

  • America did not saved democracy in Kuwait. There was no democracy in Kuwait in 1990 and there is no genuine democracy as of today.

Kuwait is not an electoral democracy. The ruling family largely sets the policy agenda and dominates political life. The emir has overriding power in the government system and appoints the prime minister and cabinet.

Iraqi and American imperialism both wanted that oil.

  • at 1:50 what up with pic the kid and fish.

  • Excellent propaganda supporting evil!
