yes,Bob Marley had a white father and he grow locs. You can locs nearly any texture of hair.

@6JCOV i do do my own retwist and at that time i was using bees wax's but i don't recommend that , now i retwist with tea tree oil by(hollywood beauty) hope i helped you out. holla back anytime one love
