Leave it to Fox News to lie.
A) it is NOT appropriate to bow to the Queen of UK unless you are a citizen, which despite GOP's hopes, he likely isn't.
B) It IS appropriate to bow to the Saudi King...and Japanese Emperor...as Obama did. If it was appropriate to bow to the American President, on a US trip those leaders should...and would...have.
However, White House did drop the ball in saying it wasn't a bow...it was clearly a bow, and it is nothing to be ashamed of.
