I like that music on Figure-8 circuit more than in the released one :) It is slightly different than in the released one (Canadian one anyways)
And the speedometer is cool too :P

The speedometer graphics are still in the demo version's ROM, as confirmed through hacking.

It's a lot more fun with 8 players. I play 8 player mode all the time at school. Too bad they didn't keep the speedometer though, I like knowing how fast I'm going.

The beta stuff that I saw was this:
Bowser sounded stupid.
The music isn't done very well.
The graphics aren't as good.
The red shell spun around Bowser twice before hitting him.
When you drift, you always have red sparks and it give no boost (they should have left that in, NO SNAKING FTW).

It does give boost but you have to use it like normal Powersliding but it just doesn't show blue spark.
