For fat girls it's "She flies like a brick".

How enormous popular this song was then...but simple and nice; melodious...

my favorite ballad in the 60s

@hufschmidguitars1 Thats strange, i was listening to this record on the way from work last night and i thought how nice the oboe sounds. Say hello to your mum and tell her Mick from Derby thinks she is very talented. Great record!

Jim Kelly, a Dundee musician, was one of the Honeybus guitarists. As I was around at the time, I can assure you those guys weren't interested in politics, being intelligent. Lorriane Wilson's book "Take it to the Bridge" mentions Jim and all that was going on then. It's a good insight into what was going on then, and all the characters Jim Kelly was involved with. A great read. However sad, I also keep remembering the commercial. It's like equating Michael Fish with the storm he said wouldn't.

why do muppets keep bringing politics into music..but as its been done...with the sh*t going down with the eu we need a maggie back...she had more balls than any male politition has shown since...this lot of tossers we have now will sell us out without any thought of asking our opinion?...
ok...back to the music.

I don't if someone told you that, or you just made it up...but it's a load of bollocks.

some cool history: My mother Jennifer Paull is the musician who is actually playing the oboe and the cor anglais during the entire song :)

I thought this song was more famous than people talking about some bread or a bird or fat girls. I'm really sad most of you remember this song by a commercial!
