I'd like to propose an idea. It may sound misogynist, but hear me out:
Any and all chicks who have zero talent and want to be famous just because they're hot should go through..let's call it the "minor leagues"..A-AAA..where they ascend through the various levels of porn in order to be screen tested, an audience poll (pardon the pun) could be ascertained, and those worthy of a commercial shot (again) will eligible. That way no one gets dick teased, and the creme will rise to the top. Oops.
