@UnknownXV I actually eat at subway & enjoy their food.I am also on the subway diet where I've already lost 11 pounds by eatting low fat subs & playing my Nintendo Wii.Say what you will about any other diet,but that subway diet really works,only my Doctor wants me to loose 10 more pounds so I am not done yet.

It really annoys me when people fail to realize why they get fat. It's not necessarily what you eat, it's how much you eat of it relative to its calorie content and your daily calorie needs.
Figure out how many calories a day you need (plenty of online calculators) and then eat just a bit less than that to slowly overtime lose weight (in a healthy way without starving your body). Involve cardio into your calculations, and eat a lot of protein while lifting weights.
Healthy. Ripped. Happy.
