Stephen M. R. Covey is co-founder and CEO of CoveyLink Worldwide. A sought-after and compelling keynote speaker and advisor on trust, leadership, ethics, and high performance, he speaks to audiences around the world. He is the author of The Speed of Trust, a groundbreaking and paradigm-shifting book that challenges our age-old assumption that trust is merely a soft, social virtue and instead demonstrates that trust is a hard-edged, economic driver—a learnable and measurable skill that makes organizations more profitable, people more promotable, and relationships more energizing.

  • From watching this video I learned that trusting is not only to be honest with someone else. You have to sound genuine to whomever you are talking to or else he will think you are acting suspcious towards him and you do not want that to happen. Watch Steven Coveys video on trust and put to good use whatever the video means to you.

  • i just bought his book last week "Speed of Trust", all that i can say is "Great Job"...one thing that i regret was i missed his speech last feb 23 at HSBC...

  • very good stuff. i just hope i can apply it.

  • I'm glad to see the boy turned out OK.

Covey's teachings have improved my life 100%.

  • I think that can be noticed that he is imitating aspects of the personality of his father.

  • This is Stephen Covey's son and his dad refers a lot to his son in his book..... nice to see he's following in his dads footsteps.

  • Oops, wrong Stephen Covey. But, still, useful stuff.

  • Good stuff

  • This was great. He is entertaining but still gives powerful insight.
