You know what's hilarious about this video? The fact that the news text at the bottom reads "Vandals alter name in Shorview city sign," but the name of the city is Shoreview, not Shorview. That's a special kind of fail.

Didn't the vandals know they were missing a "W" that should have replaced the "S". I guess they don't know how to spell. And this DOES cost taxpayers. Every second a government employee is collecting a salary, that's money. If 4 guys go out and work on that sign for 1/2 a day, that's a lot of money. Whatever tools they use or buy - that's money. Yes, taxpayers rightfully like to "have something to bitch about".

Pretty funny, kids will be kids and it will go on for years, actually costs nothing but the time an otherwise idle city employee takes to screw it back on; city shoud remove the sticks from their asses and get a sense of humor.
