Ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and Red wine, 1:1:1. Bring it to a boil and reduce it by half while stirring occasionally to prevent the sauce from burning. Add COLD butter into the pot. The cold butter helps thicken the sauce. Finish with a splash of Brandy right before you turn off the heat. Serve the rich sauce with Omelets, Pork Saute, or Hamburgs. :o9
Fantastic. His Omelette recipe and way of cooking it is also superior to anything I've ever tried. The pan must be really hot and it only takes less that a minute to cook it thoroughly. The sauce is amazing as well. I tried it with home made catsup.
