The background (strings) and melody was stolen from the beatles song - Let it be. But thats ok because the beatles stole it from Johann Pachelbel who wrote the tune in (circa) 1680. I bet YOU feel a connection with this song because it is a classic and is ingrained in Western culture. Peace out
