Take this exercise and the exercise for the back of the shoulder featured in the past video and you are working similar muscles to Bodyweight Row. It's not the same as body weight row, but it's a good substitution. Try it.

  • Why is this a substitute for bodyweight rows? Also, how do we put more emphasis on the middle deltoids? My elbow flexors tire much more quickly.

  • Instead of gripping from overtop of the leg and pulling the leg up, what if we were to place the back of the hand underneath the leg and hyperextend the wrist as a hook and pull up and away in that method?
