Macklemore came to my school entirely to meet the kids in our truancy club. he told us his life story, how he had been a truant kid and had grown up with drugs and alcohol in his life. his story is inspiring, and even though he's inspired by Lil Wayne he truly believes kids need education, and that weed and other drugs are a problem among youth. I live in seattle and he reminds me of why im proud to go to a diverse school. He cares about a highschool truancy club, Lil Wayne doesn't give a fuck.
