Ladies and Gents of the Interwebs I could have never seen this coming and I would have been called insane if I would have tried to guess its arrival. Yet never the less here it is. In July 2011 Louisiana has passed House Bill 195 put into law by Gov. Bobby Jindal that officially makes it illegal to buy or sell any used goods with cash and not just for businesses but also for every day people trying to sell things online or in person. As if this was not already full blast insane the bill also requires anyone selling anything used to collect the buyers name, address, driver's license number, and license plate number. This data base of buyers personal information must then be given to the authorities. I would love to tell you that this was some plan of a mad man in government and that you should write letters and make phone calls to try to stop it but sadly, as I said, this law is already in affect in Louisiana. And once a law is created, no mater how insane, it becomes insanely hard to get it over turned.

  • TOTAL CONTROL OF THE ZIONIST FAKE MONEY SYSTEM.......

  • Ron Paul 2012

  • I think it is to deter crime. So robbers will have trouble cashing in on stolen goods.

  • @D13HARD Not that I think it's right, because I don't. I think the only thing that really upsets them, and the job market, is not that you can record and share things but the physical medium like blank discs or cassettes are less used or no longer used so it hurts them. Before they could sell you blank discs and recorders...now it's a pirated program with no physical medium. That does hurt the jobs of our country. Artists, video stores, printers, shippers, second hand shops. Sucks really.

  • @313hummer Technically, moving it from your PC to flash drive is piracy.

  • @ggadguy The plan is to have everyone chipped. This is done by making smaller versions of the airplane-style black box. These can record your location to a T...record your conversation and send them to hidden databases...record your texts and emails and web page visits...they can photo & video log, etc. Now they are being pushed to replace the wallet. They hold photos, addresses, and now...credit cards. Yes, you can use a credit card on the screen and scan it at terminals & they have square

  • I've actually read that the dollar has lost 95% of it's value since the inception of the Federal Reserve. So it's more than 10-20 but good video about an insanely over reaching, tyranical spy state law.

  • You keep mentioning barter... Barter isn't mentioned in the law. Barter is the answer. Fed reserve notes are worthless anyway. Trade goods for goods secondhand. Truly untraceable and un-taxable by the authorities.

  • @03tsunami31 It's only for used goods. Services and brand new goods can still be bought with cash.

  • Well, I guess Louisana's Craigslist is toast.
