@mechanicsnut There's been a lot of recordings of Twelfth street Rag over the years,but l reckon Pee Wee Hunt put his stamp on it with this version. It's the one that l,and probably most people of my age associate with him from way back in the 40s/50s. A popular radio station here in the UK was actually set up for GIs still serving abroad. AFN...American Forces Network...and Pee Wee was regularly requested by them,as was Spike Jones. Great music from great days.
