This officer needs to be in jail. He is a menace to society. Doesn't deserve to wear a badge. He should have a big L on his forehead, for LOSER or maybe be forced to wear an arm band that labels him as an ABUSER.

@Zinexgs is she did spit, spitting is classified as assualt, and it appears she did spit. Although I do not agree with spitting being full fledged assualt, under the law, i she did spit, this would be justified.

With this video out there, how is Officer Trinidad still on the OPD force? He is the one who should be charged with battery, as well as assault and perjury, and he should be fired from OPD for these videos showing his unprofessional behavior. He is clearly not capable of upholding law and order, nor keeping the public peace. Why would Orlando citizens feel comfortable or confident with their police department with officers like Trinidad on the police force after they commit crimes like these?

I disagree. Normal reaction is to at least flinch when someone spits on you.
He neither flinched or made an attempt to wipe any spit off after the push. This leads me to the same conclusion the police investigation came too. No spit.
