As much as I like Tommy, portraying a buffoon hippie is not the way to get marijuana legalized. It only perpetuates the stereo type associated with drug use and states that users are irresponsible under the influence and incapable of functioning in society. People want intellect not someone who brain farts for lack of better word. There are many renowned and established citizens who partake in hemp that are being pushed back to the stone age because of this image being publicized.
